Can the scooter be stored upright?
YES in the folded position, please call the customer service team to discuss more storage options.
What happens if my mobility scooter develops a fault?
If there is an issue with your scooter, please contact us and will arrange an engineer appointment for you.
How do I get hold of an extra battery / charger / key?

How many batteries does this scooter come with?
One battery is included. Additional batteries can be purchased. Please get in touch for further details.
Do I need a valid driving license to ride a mobility scooter?
No, but we would suggest an assessment in one of our showrooms or in your own home, where we can help you learn how to use a scooter properly.
Does this scooter have an ignition key?
Yes, you start the engine and turn it off with an ignition key. It comes with 2 x keys so you have a spare. When the key is removed the scooter is disabled so that it cannot start up when not in use.
